About
Guijaygoo
The man behind Guijaygoo is the German guitarist and composer Thorsten Plath.
He uses all kinds of electronic genres in his music. Combined with acoustic guitars, a wonderfully warm atmosphere is created in which electronic ambient surfaces meet jazz guitar lines, flamenco guitars shine over EDM grooves or baritone guitars solo over downtempo grooves.

Summer, sun, pool, and beach—that’s what comes to mind when you hear “Pool Puzzle.” The song conveys a cheerful mood paired with a touch of the Mediterranean lifestyle. This is enhanced by Flamnco-style chord progressions and the nylon-string guitar in the melody.
Pool Puzzle will be released on June 19.

I was inspired to write this song by a diving video in the coral reefs of Butterfly Bay. That's where the name comes from. I tried to capture the tranquility and beauty of this place in my music. LoFi meets Jazz.

"Greetings From Biarritz" is a tribute to summer vacation in the 70´s. That´s why it´s named after a French vacation spot. A LOFI Jazz Song whose melody and chord structure are reminiscent of 70s Jazz and Soul.

This is probably one of the best songs we've ever received here.

The pacing is deliberate, each note held just long enough to settle before the next one takes it place, giving the peace a natural ebb and flow. The instrumentation is beautiful sparse, with each layer adding to the overall sense of space without cluttering the sound...

LoFi Jazz meets Christmas. This song can also be listened to even when Christmas isn´t around the corner.
